High-Nicotine Salts.

Nicotine Salts e-liquids are complex compounds containing salt-based nicotine, typically less harsh to vape which allows for better tolerance of higher nic salt e-juice. Keep in-mind that Nic Salt eJuice is typically different than traditional Free-Based Nicotine, the conventional eLiquid you see in bigger vape devices. For the most part, both types consists of the same nicotine found within the natural tobacco leaf, with the exception of benzoic acid composition in nicotine salts.

Benzoic acid lowers the pH level and reduces alkalinity to allow for a smoother vaping experience at higher nicotine strengths -- for example a heavier smoker may opt for nicotine levels as high as 50mg, which would absolutely DESTROY your throat with traditional freebase nicotine.

Nic-salts with lower concentrations of nicotine- usually considered to be 18mg or less- are great for sub-ohm devices and provide a smoother throat feel. We recommend that if you are inexperienced with nic-salts to start with the same nicotine concentration that you prefer in freebase nicotine, and adjust from there. When vaping at concentrations above 18mg, make sure to only use lower-power devices such as pod systems and certain vape pens that produce less vapor and are optimized for the higher nicotine levels found in many salts.
